My Quran Reader Privacy Policy

How the app handles data

  • You can use the Quran reader without creating an account. Apple or Google sign-in may be offered when optional account sync is available.
  • Bookmarks, notes, categories, reading plans, and your last-read location are stored on your device. If you sign in and enable available account sync, this reading data is also sent to Firebase Firestore so it can sync with your account.
  • Firebase Authentication processes account identifiers needed for sign-in. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config are included to understand app usage, diagnose crashes, and configure app features.
  • The app connects to external content services to download Quran text, translations, tafsir, audio, and optional mushaf content for in-app use.
  • Questions about account or data deletion can be sent to the support email below.
